Strategy: How I Approached It

  1. Website Structure Cleanup

  • Reduced top-level navigation

  • Grouped content by user intent (explore → choose → donate → understand impact)

  • Designed a clearer donation journey

  1. Journey design by real donor psychology

Step 1 — Low-Effort Giving by Cause

Users arrive wanting to help, but don’t want to spend time deciding what to buy.

Step 2 — Reassurance & Transparency

After donating, users want to know what happens next.

Step 3 — Recognition Without Commercialization

Users appreciate being acknowledged, but don’t want donations to feel like a transaction.
